- The highly absorbent dressing forms a soothing clear gel when saturated with fluid, creating a moist wound environment that may support autolytic debridement and the healing process
- The gel fiber formation traps debris and bacteria, retaining it inside the fiber dressing
- The high vertical absorption of exudate into the fiber dressing protects the wound and surrounding skin from maceration
