AquaRite Extra CMC Dressing Soothing gel traps debris - Creates a moist wound environment - May be left in place for up to 7 days - Rope form for loosely packing deep wounds - Can be used under compression - Conformable - Can be cut to fit wound site - Retains structure even when saturated

  • Soft, conformable non-woven dressing made from sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and strengthening cellulose fibers
  • The highly absorbent dressing forms a soothing clear gel when saturated with fluid, creating a moist wound environment that may support autolytic debridement and the healing process
  • The gel fiber formation traps debris and bacteria, retaining it inside the fiber dressing
  • The high vertical absorption of exudate into the fiber dressing protects the wound and surrounding skin from maceration
  • The dressing retains its structure even when saturated, facilitating removal
