At Medical Supply Surplus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
